This is a fish stick ruler holder. This is mounted using self adhesive, double sided tape (supplied). The tape is a 30lb, weather resistant tape that is made for indoor/outdoor use. Currently these are available in Black and Gray. These are made from a rubber type material that is very durable. These can be mounted in any configuration, and under and hatch that is long enough to fit your tournament ruler without interfering with the normal operation. These are designed for 2.00" wide x .125" (1/8th") thick rulers. Only 1 is needed to mount the rulers.
